Frequently Asked Questions
Can I request a specific color outside the pictured elopement palettes? How much flexibility in design and color is there in the elopement package? Yes! The palette represents the most common colors we carry daily, but if you have something totally different in mind, just add a note when prompted and we'll do our absolute best to make it happen (hint: it happens 99% of the time). We cannot guarantee specific flower types for this package but you are free to ask.
What if I just want bulk flowers and want to do the designing myself?Absolutely! Give us a call at either shop and we’re happy to help you determine how much you’ll need and buy bulk flowers on your behalf for pick up or delivery. We’ll even let you borrow some buckets if you promise to return them.
Do you provide Set-up and Strike-down? We are no longer offering set up and strike down services as part of our wedding package. We have taken special care to design options that are very straightforward and quick to place and hang, opting to allow you to put your full floral budget into the flowers themselves. We still offer set up and strike for our Larger Custom Events.
Why is there a pricing difference between the elopement and wedding packages for similar items? It all comes down to labor and floral expenses. The elopement package allows us to share your labor and floral costs with our weekly store orders, keeping our expenses lower so we can pass on the savings to you. Our Wedding packages offer the ability for specific requests, like flower type or larger floral orders that we’ll have to plan and buy more specifically for. We are often spending time planning, searching for specific items, negotiating with growers, all resulting in more time handling your special event. Some specifically requested floral types, or off season requests may also carry additional expense. We deeply believe in upfront pricing and are happy to share our process for determining a fair wage.
